Brian Vientos began his career at Six Flags Great Adventure in guest services and ride operations, steadily advancing to leadership and capital project management. This experience provided him with a thorough understanding of park operations at all levels.
Today, Brian manages capital projects ranging from $2 million to $8 million, including ride refurbishments, new attraction installations, queue expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. He oversees all phases from planning to completion, working closely with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and safety officials.
Brian’s credibility is rooted in his hands-on experience across multiple roles. He has worked on the front lines, led teams during peak seasons, and understands how planning decisions affect daily operations. This background allows him to approach project management with practicality and composure.
He prioritizes clear communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving. Colleagues value his reliability and thorough preparation. Brian is committed to delivering quality results. While attending college full-time, he worked in mortgage sales, developing strong communication skills, discipline, and the ability to manage competing priorities. He later earned a business administration degree from Monmouth University and holds certifications, including PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Outside of work, Brian serves as an assistant coach in a local youth baseball league and has completed several half marathons. In every role, he maintains the same mindset: show up prepared, stay consistent, and do the work right.
